Minimalist Shopfront
This project involves the transformation of a slim, long commercial space into distinct functional zones, including a reception area, meeting room, showroom, bathroom, and kitchenette, all within a tight space. By avoiding the use of walls, the design creates an open and inviting atmosphere. Drawing inspiration from Asian minimalist aesthetics, the interior contrasts the hard concrete surfaces of the existing structure with the warmth of timber, accented by gold and red elements to bring out visual focus.
For the shopfront, the goal is to create an open space that accommodates multiple functions while maintaining an open, fluid look without confined or defined areas. Each zone is carefully planned to combine multiple functions, utilizing zoning and multipurpose rooms to maximize efficiency and utility. The result is a modern, elegant shopfront that seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetic appeal, providing a unique and welcoming experience for visitors.
