Stage 1: Base

We begin with a solid foundation—typically a concrete slab or stump system—engineered to suit your site. Our project manager ensures precise execution and strict quality control, overseeing materials and workmanship. Before moving forward, an independent building surveyor inspects the base to confirm it meets all Australian building standards, ensuring a compliant and durable start.
Strage 2: Frame
Where structure meets precision
Your home begins to take form as the structural frame is erected, including internal and external walls, roof trusses, sheeting, gutters, and insulation. This stage sets the backbone of your home’s design.
Our project manager is on-site to ensure every element is installed with accuracy and care, strictly following engineering and architectural specifications. Quality control checks are conducted throughout to guarantee strength, alignment, and durability.
Before progressing, an independent building surveyor inspects the frame to ensure it meets all Australian building codes—ensuring your home is structurally sound and built to last.
Stage 3: Lock-up
Sealed, secure, and structurally sound
At this stage, your home is closed off from the elements with the installation of external doors, windows, and roofing. This creates a weatherproof shell, ready for internal works to begin.
Our project manager ensures all components are installed to exact specifications, maintaining high standards of fit and finish. A mandatory inspection by a licensed building surveyor confirms compliance with Australian building regulations before we proceed to interior works.
Stage 4: Fixing
Precision finishes, crafted with care
This stage brings your interiors to life, with the installation of cabinetry, skirting boards, architraves, internal doors, tiling, and fittings. Electrical and plumbing fit-offs—such as switches, taps, and light fittings—are also completed.
Our project manager ensures all workmanship meets our strict quality standards, with careful attention to detail across every surface and fixture. Regular quality checks are carried out to maintain consistency and excellence as your home nears completion.
Stage 5: Completion
The final touches that make a house your home
In this final stage, your home is completed with painting, flooring, window furnishings, and the installation of key appliances—such as the oven, rangehood, tapware, and climate control systems.
Our project manager conducts a thorough final inspection to ensure every detail aligns with our quality expectations and your approved plans. Once everything is complete and compliant, your home is ready for handover—finished, polished, and move-in ready.
